"Barely Anything in Stock"
I do like a few of the food options, but half the stuff I look for seems to be out of stock. The selection also feels weak, especially if your dog is a little picky. It’s kind of annoying having to dig through such a tiny lineup and still not find what you need.

"Still remember how frustrating the support was"
I reached out to customer service hoping to get some help, but they never got back to me. I still remember checking for a reply and feeling more and more ignored. It was really disappointing, especially when all I wanted was a simple response.

I couldn’t get past how vague the ingredient info felt. I kept looking for clarity and just got more suspicious, like I was trying to solve some tiny label-related mystery. Not a disaster, but definitely not something I’d buy again...

"I really wanted this food to be a..."
I really wanted this food to be a win, but my dog just refused it. He’d sniff the bowl, stare at me like I made a bad choice lol, and then walk away every time.

I tried mixing it with wet food, broth, even tossed in a little chicken, and he still managed to pick around the kibble. He’s picky already, but this was like... extra picky even for him.
For the price, I expected him to at least show some interest. Most of the bag ended up going to waste, so yeah, not buying this one again.

"Bad first impression and way too pricey"
My first impression wasn’t great. For the price, I expected a lot more, but it just didn’t feel worth it. Nothing really stood out enough to justify the cost, and I left feeling disappointed.

"Didn’t agree with my dog"
I tried this for about a week, but my dog ended up with loose poop and gas pretty much every day. I stopped feeding it to him and he seemed to get better after that, so I don’t think it was a good fit for his stomach. I was also a little confused because the email I got seemed to say one thing, but the info elsewhere sounded different. Either way, I won’t be buying it again.

"Shipping delays are getting really frustrating"
The food itself is totally fine, but the delivery experience has been a headache. My order showed as shipped and then just sat there for days with no updates at all. It ended up arriving almost a week late, and I had to go buy another bag locally just to get by. This isn’t the first time it’s happened either, so at this point I’m frustrated and feel like this needs to be escalated because the shipping process clearly isn’t reliable.
